Tasks gives you the power to assign work to colleagues or teams and ensures your content pipeline flows smoothly across every inch of Contentful — including Compose + Launch.

Adding due dates and surfacing them to assignees keeps content on schedule as it moves across your organization. This makes it easy to prioritize even the most pressing tasks.

Assigning tasks to teams makes it possible to operate a shared service model based on bandwidth or expertise. For example, assigning a task to the Design team rather than a single designer means workloads can be managed more efficiently.
